Did you know that the fastest way to achieve your writing goals is to track your progress?
It sounds so simple, but it’s true!
Tracking your progress enables you to be very specific about the goals you’re working towards and the in-between steps that you’re taking every day to reach them each week.
You’ll want to track more than just outcomes, too:
-
Track the specific actions you need to take
-
Track where the actions are delegated
-
Track the progress you’ve made to date
-
Track the specific results of given tasks
Tracking and measuring success will help you to determine what’s working and what’s not so that you can improve as you proceed.
